Engine Rebuild help

Guys I have a 2004.5, 5.9 cummins that I had rebuilt (Should have done it myself) now the truck won't start due to low compression. (It has never run since the rebuild) My question is can I tear it back down and have sleeves installed use the same new standard pistons , rings? . The mechanic that rebuilt it informed me he could not get sleeves (not sure if he was full of it or not , but that sounds about par for cummins ) I know how to rebuild it but was just to busy to do it myself, now I'm paying the piper. If sleeves are available
could someone inform me where to get them

thank's all

Yeah, has to be bored. Ok, why did you rebuild it? What did you do? You have low compression on all 6 cylinders?

If you like, give me a call. Maybe I can help.

Thanks guys thats what i thought , The reason for the rebuild it started build pressure and blowing out the valve cover gasket, dropped 3 injector sleeves. After it was torn down we found that all the compresson rings where busted my mechanic said he had the cyl. inspected and all was inspec. He informed me all we needed was new pistons & rings, bearings got the motor built and installed it wouldn't start; sent it to texas power and diesel they checked it out and found the compression was to low. They informed me that you should never just try to replace piston's & rings due to the high compression these motors run it is best to bore it
