2000 Ford 450 7.3 With Multiple codes

Looking for some direction. My Service Truck is a 2000 Ford 450 with the 7.3. Started the truck up Friday and white/grey smoke pours out of the exhaust and smells like unburnt fuel. Have scanned the truck and the following codes come up.

P0269 Cylinder 3 con/bal fault
P0237 Turbo Boost Sensor A circuit fault
P1670 Electronic Feedback Signal Not Detected
P0541 Intake Air Heater A Circuit Low
P0476 Exhaust Pressure Control Valve Range/Performance

Do not have a lot of experience with the 7.3. Looking for a direction to start to locate the problem on this truck. Thanks for anyone who can assist me.

Daniel,
We frequently go through these issues with the 7.3L's . My first starting point would be disconnect both batteries, Use a high quality Battery tested such as a Snap-on VAT. Check the battery for bad cell's and CCA. Clear the codes and drive through a few drive cycles and let us know what you see as far as codes! You could have a Low Pressure Issue, You'll need a good scanner to compare oil pressure and ICP pressures and such, I'm going to upload a trouble shooting sheet if I can find it! PS, Check your Lift pump!

Seems like we have found part of our issues. Mickey Mouse decided to make a home in the air tube and his life suddenly ended when we started the truck. The turbo is packed full to the point of not being able to turn the veins. We are going to take the turbo off and see if we can remove everything from it. Also the intercooler is full of oil. Is there any way to flush these out or does it need to be replaced?

The oil will be fine, and in some cases depending on how you look at it can be considered normal. Anytime you have a large amount of debri going through a charger you can bet you'll be needing one! If there's mouse parts in the intercooler, You can remove it, but thats not to say you'll get everything out!

If I can be of help give me a call 828-266-9077

How are you doing with this one?

Sorry for the delay in providing an update. This is our secondary service truck so it has not been a priority. To date we have installed a new turbo and injector. Have only been able to start the truck in the yard. Still smokes but it has not had a good run yet. Will update after we run the truck.

Updates?

Seems like after the injector and turbo we have solved our problems. Few bucks spent because mickey mouse decided he needed to spend the night in my turbo :argh:
