2007 duramax 6.6 cranking issues
 

So I have been working on this truck for a while now. I replaced the cp3 pump and injectors which turned into a left head replacement also. well the time came to get the fuel system primed back up. so we can have that resurrect the beast moment and scream its alive right. wrong i experienced a slow interupted crank issue. starter cranks for a few seconds and will kick out. here is the kicker it will crank fine when using a remote switch and will crank fine with key as long as the ckp is unplugged. replaced ckp and cam shaft sensor no change traced wires and tested wires no problems found. neutral saftey switch replaced as a hail mary, batterys were swaped out. negative battery cables and all grounds are good clean and tight. no prnd indicator at dash which tells me its a tcm issue however im confused and lost at this point anybody else dealt with this ?
