6.5 knock after replacing injectors

Hello, I am new to the forum. I have a 98’ k3500 CCLB dually 6.5TD VIN F. I recently replaced injectors, valves covers, glow plugs, glow plug harness, air filter, fuel filter, lift pump, fuel lines, removed balancer replaced front main seal balancer wasn’t perfect but not trashed. I got the injectors new from Pensacola diesel in Florida. I bled air from FFM and from tee at front of motor. I have not cracked each injector line yet, the truck idles, starts, and runs smoothe. Much better than before replacing injectors. No smoke either, the knock sounds like it’s coming more from passenger side but it’s hard to tell, i was hoping it was just a cold start but the noise didn’t go away, as soon as you touch the throttle it does go away. I was hoping to upload a movie but I don’t know how to change format, any help would be much appreciated. I bought the truck about 6months ago blew the trans on the way home, had it rebuilt and have been fixing issues ever since, I would love to just drive the thing. Thanks in advance

Crack your injection lines one at a time to bleed them. Open one, crank engine, wait for fuel, tighten it down. Then repeat. Some guys do it while running without shutting down. Pick your poison.

Once you know they are all bled, reassess.

If you still have the noise, then one at a time, open the injection lines and run the engine. It should have an obvious miss. If the knock stops, then you most likely have a fuel related issue on the cylinder that is disconnected at that time.

I the knock continues, then you possibly have a base engine issue.
