Truck won't read cam sensor?
I've been in the diesel world for a while but this one has me stumped. I bought what was suppose to be a bone stock 2001 dodge cummins that just need a cam sensor. Well I did what I thought needed to be done( pulled the codes) and changed the cam sensor, and when I went to test drive I noticed it was really weak and lagish. I figure from the cam sensor since that is a symptom ( as well as the tack not working), but after changing it three times it still never changed so I got to looking at the motor I saw it was out of a
1999 dodge cummins! :scare2: now I don't know what to do. Everything works besides the tack and the low power problem. Is there any fixing it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! |
