97 Cummins electrical problem

Hey guys, I'm in need of some electrical help. Just put a new hydroboost on my 97 Cummins auto, old one was leaking. Took maybe an hour. So I get done and the truck won't start, I can start it by jumping the starter relay with a wire. . Also alternator not charging, Tranny stuck in 3rd when going forward, and fuel gauge not working properly. I looked at everything I can think of that I may have messed up and can't find anything. Is there anything y'all can think of that will cause all of this? One vehicle down because of a wreck a week ago, can't afford to have this one down too

Ok, so I got out the power probe and started poking around. What's happening is for some reason I don't have the ground to the relays on the starter and the ASD relay, probably the same to the transmission. If I run a ground to the starter relay I can start it up no problem. Ground the relay to the ASD (the hot side is where my voltage regulator gets its reference to charge) and the ASD relay works , alternator charges, etc. If I knew what to do on the tranny ID be on to at least drive it to work.

Any idea what would cause me to lose ground to these relays and not others?
