2001 cummins 24v oil leak, is it serious?

I have a 2001 dodge cummins 4x4 5 speed exit cab short bed. I bought it with 96,000 miles. All that has been done to it is a straight pipe exhaust an a smarty programmer was on it when I bought it. Now the smarty has been sold so it's pretty much all stock except for the exhaust. I pull a car trailer every once in a while like maybe 3 or 4 times a month for about 100 miles each time give or take. But this started happening even before I ever put any kind of load on my truck. When I got it it had no leaks or anything it was flawless. Now I'm noticing an oil leak from the crank case breather tube. I'm sure it is coming out of the tube and not just dropping. Down the side. It leaks very little when running but after I shut it off and let it sit it puts about a quarter size spot under it. Someone has already taken the evap canister off so the tube comes out of the crank case into a small metal diaphragm and straight now right beside my steering box. I'm concerned because it didn't leak at all and now it does. It started around 98,000 miles. Now I have around 100,500 on it. I'm wanting to get it too stop leaking. It's really not causing any damage or spray on any parts of the engine but it just bothers me it leaks oil now. How can I solve this please?
