6-5 no fuel to injectors
 

1997 gmc 6.5td no fuel to injectors, i replased pmd, changed ip, lp works good,bled system numerous times has fuel to ip, still no fuel to injectors, one thing i found today was im only getting .11volts between ground and green wire on pmd harness i read it should be 1.2 volts, why is the voltage low, ive cleaned and tightend all grounds that i can find, im stumped
