you have fuel at the injectors now that's great I am unable to find the code you referenced a code 14 is a map sensor.

here is the information i got

The definition of a code P1492 is "battery temperature sensor voltage too high". It is set if voltage in the battery temperature sensor circuit exceeds six volts. THe cause is either a faulty better temperature sensor, a short to voltage in the battery temperature sensor circuit someplace, or a faulty powertrain control module if the battery temperature sensor and related wiring are OK.
There is no PIP or SPOUT connector to remove to set ignition timing on your Dodge; these types of connectors are found on Ford products. The ignition timing on your Dodge is not adjustable; it is all automatically controlled by the powertrain control module. Rotating teh distributoer will not affect inition timing; the computere will respond by returning ignition timing electronically to where it wants it to be if the distributor is accidentally turned. Rotating the WILL affect camshaft position sensor synchronization; if the distributor is accidentally turned, a scan tool capable of displaying live engine data will be required to reset it to proper position or the truck will surge and lose power at higher engine speeds and loads. The is no way to accurately adjust distributor position wiothout a scan tool.
I hope this is helpful and answers your questions; if so, please click my accept button! thanks!

Here is a PDF on the code 1492 Attachment 30317
It is probably not the problem that is causing the no start.

Lets get back to the basics:
There is fuel at the injectors right?
The engine cranks strong right?
Do you have any mods on the truck programmers, injection pump springs, cams ect ect?
Any recent maintenance done besides the lift pump?
