7.3 bad IPR?

Ok folks I've asked about this before on some forums but I'm very very very busy with travel for work and I do have a mini fleet of motor vehicles ..LOL.... so I have yet to fix this.
Here are two videos that might point to something from someone.

When I start this from a cold start and let it idle for a min then pull out and go...no issues. Runs smooth no worries.

After it gets warmed up a bit maybe 10 mins or so...there is a window of rpm that has a hiccup. It is almost cutting out but doing so in lightning fashion. 1400-1700 rpm. If I let off it smooths right up. If I push the throttle it smooths right up. I can describe the feeling of it like bucking or similar...but very quick like.
Occasionally I get an idle that will bounce. More from the sound of it than watching the tach on that one but a bounce as if you were bouncing your right foot on the throttle pedal.

This is what I know. New CPS no different. Yes a genuine Ford Cps. I have unplugged the ICP and there is no change whatsoever. Also no oil in the connection.

Here is something else that might help..when warm...in park...if I rev it, its like the first rev will have a hiccup at that rpm window. But if I rev it again quickly after there is no hiccup.

So that leads me to think there could be an oil pressure issue as I rev it the first time..with a possible oil pressure bleed off, but then on the second rev when the oil pressure was just increased from the first rev it does not do it.

This might explain why when I accelerate while it is doing that bucking in that window it will run smooth and accelerate no worries.

So the cold start would have thicker oil as well until it gets warm and thins out. ????

NO SES LIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes.
That is exactly what it was. The O rings fixed the issue and runs smooth in all RPM.

FYI the IPR rebuild kit from NAPA I picked up the only thing I could use was the O rings. The spacer and tin nut were not of the proper size to be used.

I drove this around a long time like this. A few years actually as I just learned to drive with it doing that and from time to time I would try different things much to no avail.

Finally got this back to the way it was meant to be.
