Parked for 3 days now wont start/crank no WTS light

I came back from a 3 week hunting trip truck ran flawlessly. 3 days later I get in the truck no WTS light, glow plug relay clicking real fast checked battery and voltage just to be safe I put a charger on it to my supprise both bat's fully charged. then I knoticed something odd, when I put the key in the ignition the seat belt dinger goes off but when I turn the key the electrical shuts down. Replaced the glow plug relay and all glow plugs as I had this same issue aside from the electrical 4 years back. another odd thing, I had the key off took of the ignition wire from the sylinoid and jumpered a small wire from the sylinoid to the bat it clicked I turned on the key and it dont click with the ignition wire on or off, took jumper cables to the starter it works, I checked all the fuses in the cab none are blown. all the grounds are tight didnt find and broke/burned wires... Im at a loss. as its a stock truck used for hunting hauling and a daily driver. :argh:

I would test the batteries:humm: any auto parts can test your batteries

I had thought about that but for both bat's to go bad at the same time ( they where replaced a month ago)

after buying a load tester and another volt meter and a code checker, I did a load test on both batt's had a direct short I was like no frigging way... took the batts out they tested fine... hmm new glow plugs, new battery's, new glow plug relay replaced every fuse I could find... I was stumped then I got to thinking, the starter checked out fine as well as both solenoids, all cables looked good and had good continuity, ignition had no codes or faults so I asked my self what could pull that kind of power and not burn the wire that I had not checked so I started unwrapping the harness to the glow plug's and to my surprise found 4 ish burnt spots on the wires... I taped them up and poof she started right up... Ill make a new harness tomorrow.
