02 7.3l possible blown engine/ piston ?????

Hello i am in serious need of help.
truck has 235k on it i have replaced everything except the turbo, hpop,. I just installed reman injectors and noticed blow by, and excessive smoke when acceleration along with no power on inclines which lead to a knocking sound then overheat and t\then stalling. this happened so i replaced the thermostat and sensor flushed the coolant and test drove it again no aver heat but still losses power on any incline and knocking starts when it gets around 2500 rpm. so i pulled all the injectors per the people i bought the injectors from to inspect the orings and copper washers ext. all looked good but i noticed i had a crack in one injector sleeve so i replaced that and put it all back together and it fired right up. Test drove it on flat ground for 12 miles still noticed a lot of smoke and engine seems to be running really hot but guar reads normal? no knocking or over heating through the radiator but still smoking like a freight train out of the oil cap and the valve covers. so i decided to just take it easy no hills until 50 miles or so to see if the issue cleared themselves up. well the wife used the truck to drive it for the normal flat couple miles and said it was running really well so she thought she would go for a longer drive to get to the 50 miles quicker :argh: . well in doing so she was driving back up a hill and heard knocking and had loss of power so she floored it :s: instead of backing off needless to say the knocking has stopped and so did the truck and the resivoir overflowed . i let it cool down and now i have a no start again. the engine turns over but won't fire up. i didn't knot ice any other fluids pouring out other than coolant, engine was really hot and smoking from oil cap and dip stick. i let the truck sit for a couple days charged the batteries and tried to turn it over again and no start.
so what do i do now? how do i check if i threw a rod or broke a piston ext :humm:
i am good with having a diesel tech look at it for me but if he just tells me what i already know for a fees hundred dollars i will be a little upset.
please help me diagnose this.

If your getting lots of pressure out of the oil cap your probably getting tons of blowby how much pressure are you getting in coolant res? Mabey a blown head gasket but it sounds to me like your engine is tuckered out
