6.0 Hot No Start, noone knows why
 
Year of truck: 2005 F-350 335012 miles

Motor: 6.0
Cab/bed configuration: Crew Cab Long Box, lariet

Mods: EGR Delete

Anything you've done recently: Problem started two weeks ago, all changes are since then: HPOP IPR IPC Crank Sensor, batteries, starter, fuel filers, glow plugs, injectors, oil change, mass air flow/air charge, FICM updates

How is the truck primarily used: 80 mile a day commute as well as work truck on weekends

When did the issue start, and if it's intermittent or all the time: Approx 2 weeks, replaced all above, ran ok three days, back at same problem.

Anything else that might pertain to the issues at hand: have a lot of experience as a mechanic, trucks been to three other mechanics, no one can figure it out.

Any codes, and what are you reading codes with: no codes exist

Have you also replaced the Stand Pipes and Dummy Plugs? these are also very common causes of High Pressure Oil leaks and will also cause a hot no start condition.
