newbie here please help just got out of industrial injection 16000 grand later new set up highway speeds 1100 egts hills no way eja shuts off at 1150 any suggestions

Its the tow performance long block wich is stage one cam 110 psi valve springs fire ring head 450 head studs intake horn 12mm girdle balanced and blueprinted 100 horse sticks phat shaft 332 62/17/14 ats 2 peice exaust manifold and the install hope I didnt miss any thing but I might of thanks ahead for help on the egt problem

Looks like you got the "Hot Tow Setup," - not "hot" in a good way.

yeah im seeing about 28 psi boost at wot this turbo claims to see numbers around 50 kinda laggy to on low end till about 10 psi then rockets to 28 psi almost instantly people are telling me to stack a smarty with the edge the edge apparently the smarty adds fuel without timing have you heard of this is a smarty worth the 750 also i wonder if i ought to play with the waste gate see if i can get more boost out of it

I certainly agree with NadirPoint with increasing air and/or decreasing fuel. Modifying or adjusting your WG might help, but may not be enough. Twins, on the other hand would certainly help, but that can be quite pricey.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- Try researching an Adrenaline Boost Fooler. It claims to add 8-10 additional psi of boost (depends on your mods) by fooling the ecm that there isnt enough boost. I run one, and have virtually no smoke, unless I floor it. Even then, only smokes for a few seconds. |
