12 valve wont stay in over drive shifts when I let off
 

1995 2500 cummins suncoast stage 1 with a billet single disc torque converter, shifts fine but wont go into over drive or if it does it wont stay in and will drop to third. Im thinkin tos but I'm not sure, occasionally will stall when stopping only happened twice. Help me!
