I just left work today after letting my borrowed 1992 cummins truck run 5 minutes, its about 15degrees temp wise(yes i put treatment in two days ago),no smoke at all until i get about a mile from work then blueish white smoke and wont rev up past 2k then slowly continues to die. had to tow it home and still just turns over and wont start, jelled up or is my inj pump out? no engine codes. please help im runnig out of vehicles as this is the third truck with issues in 6 months

If you can let it sit inside overnight, you'll know if it is a gelling issue or not. It shouldn't be with the additive.

All fluid levels are OK?

No oil in the coolant?

everything seems ok.. The truck has 211k miles on it and doesnt smoke at all,it has a strong motor.. I checked all fluids and sensors to see if some thing came undone. it just wouldnt go past 2k and after fluttering the pedal it took about 20 second to slow till it died. i noticed a small fuel leak on the bottom of the inj pump. cant tell where those since my necks not that long

I would crack injector lines and see if getting fuel.
