'06 Ford 6.0 leaking fluid

I'm currently leaking what appears to be gummy oil substance from below my alternator somewhere within where the group of pullies are for the serpentine belt. Also seeing what appears to be coolant dripping from below the truck. Most likely from the same spot? Here is how this all started. Had EGR failure which effected oil cooler and etc. I did a break-down to top of head. Replace oils cooler, put on EGR delete and SCT tuner for code removal and usage of "street program." After doing this I began to notice coolant residue from me degas bottle popping. I installed a "T" to monitor pressure in the cab and sure enough I was running at 14 PSI and could see it releasing at 16 if I got my foot into it. Soooo. Thinking I may be able to catch an issue prior to failure, I used blue devil head sealer. Upon going through the motion of adding this and running for an hour, it starting spitting the black gummy substance..., sealer most likely. However, with the kickbacks from the belt it has sprayed everywhere and I don't have a clue where to start looking

It may be obvious that I have a blown head gasket at this point. I just don't understand why it's been drivable and showed no sign of leakage other than degas bottle popping from time to time, until I tried to use a sealer?
