drivetrain vibration on '02 cummins

i need help troubleshooting the vibration on my '02 cummins 4x4 extended cab long bed.
there is obviously a bad bearing/u-joint somewhere, i can feel it in the floorboard at almost any speed(also sqeaks every revolution at low speed) when turning and seems to be worse when the truck/bearing are cold. i have already replaced front wheel hubs, track bar, drag link and tie rods. when i was under the truck checking the drive shafts, the front drive shaft feels good and tight(truck and transfer case in neutral), go to rear drive shaft and the u-joint after the carrier bearing i can see bare clean steel. appears to be part of the cup from the bearing. could that cause the vibration to be felt in the floorboards? also how to determine how much play if any should there be in the carrier bearing?

i work full time rotating shift and have a newborn son so im limited on time to work on my truck and dont want to be wasting time and money chasing dead ends and i need my truck to put food on the table. i hope this is enough information to troubleshoot this issue and thank you in advance for any help!
