Banjo bolts
New member here . I drive a 2001 Dodge Ram 3/4 ton with the cummins , stock , with fuel gage and FASS DDRP . I am also a member of the Cracked Dash Club .
I just installed the FASS today and the banjo bolt on the intake side leaks like crazy . I have tried 2 sets of new washers but it still leaks bad . I thought I could replace the banjo bolt connection with a straight barbed hose connection but I can`t seem to be able to find the right thread I need to thread into the inlet side .I have checked at 5 auto part stores , Home Depot and Grainger all to no avail . I am dead in the water until I get this fixed . Would anybody have any ideas on what to do now ? Or should I just try more banjo washers .Thanks for any replys ---AutoMerged DoublePost--- I`m sorry , I ment to post in the dodge 24 valve cummins forum . |
