Dead Pedal Nightmare 02 CUMMINS AUTO
 

ok guys heres the deal

2002 Ram 2500 4x4 auto 203xxx miles
100 over injectors
airdog 150 running 18 psi
s&b cold air intake
holset hx35 swap from hy35
4 inch down pipe to 5 inch stacks
reman vp44 as of 3 days ago
edge with attitude

So here goes...

4 days ago the vp44 died i got the p0216 code truck was running like crap did some reading on here and went ahead and swapped it out for a reman and then the problems began

i now have dead pedal mostly when truck is cold as it warms up it goes away completely
what ive done so far to rectify it
all fuel lines tight
airdog is 18 psi idle 16 psi wot
took all grounds off the truck cleaned and reinstalled
checked batteries and connections all good
unhooked batteries and reset apps
set edge to look at throttle % its fine/accurate it doesnt stop or hang even when dead pedal occurs SO i guess that apps is fine
i know the fuel pump is good

DEAD PEDAL ALL STARTED AFTER VP44 INSTALL
NO ISSUES WHAT SO EVER WITH OLD PUMP TIL IT DIED

ANY HELP APPRECIATED WHAT HAVENT I CHECKED ?

SORRY FOR SUCH A LONG POST BUT I FIGURED IF YOU GUYS KNEW MOST OF THE INFO IT WOULD HELP NARROW IT DOWN
