300D stuck in a parking lot no start
 

I know that there are some awesome diesel people out here so any help is appreciated. I have an '81 MB 300D. Vehicle has 81k miles. Changed glows today and started amazing for the first time (used to start no glows due to high comp). Drove it to the store went inside now it wont restart. I just get a haze of white smoke from exhaust on cranking. Heres where we are at. Glows have power, IP bled, filters HAVE NOT been changed yet for fuel (honestly car was sitting for 10 years on those filters), its just troubling that after the best start it has had since I owned it now I hat just keeps cranking. Has an unknown diesel leak that I cannot trace somewhere on the vehicle but that has been like that driving for a month. I lost a vacuum line once that goes to what appears to be a natural plastic colored reg on the IP and it had similar no start issues before with the same symptoms. Please help

on a side note if anyone knows these cars and is somewhere near me that might be nice to know or if anyone wants an '81 MB 300D with 80k and a no start for 1k lol
