I've had to prime 3 times in the past 3 mos.
I drive a 2007 Chevy Silverado with a Duramax diesel. On three seperate occasions since April, 2013 I have cranked the truck, it ran for 15 seconds and died. On each occasion priming the engine got it started again. Each of these incidents happened about 1 month apart. The second time this happened the engine light came on and I got a code of PO 102 Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Low Input. That's the only time that light has come on. I had the fuel filter replaced after the first time so that didn't fix it. Is this warning code just a coincidence and unrelated to the engine losing prime or do any of you guys know what this diagnostic code would have to do with this problem. Thanks for your imput.
