2002 F-350 Suspension Problem

I am new here but have been lurking for a while. I have a 2002 F-350 with a 4" superlift kit on it. It has the superlift leaf springs in the front. When I bought the truck it had a popping noise when I would turn it to the left and right. I could see that the leaf springs were shifting a little when I turned so I had all new leaf spring bushings put in (front and rear), new shocks (front and rear), new control arms, new steering stabilizers, etc.

I drove it for a few weeks with no problems then the first day it rained I noticed the popping again. It was not as serious but still happened. I took a look under the front and now the leaf springs are shifting inside the ubolts. What I mean is that the individual leaf springs are shifting on top of each other. Its a slight shift but enough that I hear and feel them pop. It seems to be limited to the right side leaf spring only. The entire spring is not moving just one layer of the leaf spring.

Do I need to tighten the u-bolts holding the springs together? I tried tightening the front bolt but it didn't do any good and it went away until today. It rained again and they are shifting again. I was wondering if I need new u-bolts or what.

Thanks,
Joseph
