International 4700 No Start????
 

New to the site! Hopefully some fellow diesel enthusiasts can give me so ideas/insight on something because i'm at a loss!

This started 1 week ago my international had a couple of old batteries that needed changed
so i bought 2 napa commercial grade batteries and swapped them over.

I connected the batteries and the "warning light" started blinking repeatedly. When you crank it it turns for 10 seconds and then shuts off.

It will run on starting fluid "hate do this" but had to try.

There are to relays attached to the IHOP? "i believe" and one is clicking when you advance the key. I have an old 4700 parts truck so i went down and try swapping them out. Nothing come from doing this.

Has good prime checked all fuses fairly confident they are in working order.

Any Ideas?

Dear Lord, thank goodness i wasn't broke down on the side of the highway and decided to post on diesel bombers to help save me from a 500 dollar tow bill!!
