2000 7.3 electrical? wont start
 

I just can't get it running. I replaced plugs, cps, valve cover gaskets and harnesses plug relay{old and new relay doesnt have any power to the load side while key is on}, new 1000 cold amp batteries. The frame fuel pump didn't work{no power to it while key is on} untill I hot wired it then had good fuel pressure but still won't start. changed the oil, new fuel filter.....turns over fine, just wont start. im dying here.it also has got good pressure at resivor when i hot wired the pump

Have you checked all your fuses? Does your WTS light come on?

no the wts light doesnt come on, all fuses are good

four wires that go to the drivers side wiring harness are cut. i dont know where to connect them. link to picturte

Have you checked the fuse in the engine compartment, number 30 I believe... It controls your PCM but also controls your fuel bowl heater which is prone to shorting out and shutting down the PCM...

are these the wires needed for edge etc. installation.i just bought this thing and it wont start, then i noticed these wires.

They are leading to one of the moduleson the fire wall under the engine compartment fuse box.. No WTS light,no code reader power , no fuel pump power, no glow plug relay load side power, all fuses good.. picture on this link.
