noise/vibration/weird sound

Ok so here goes guys i hope some one can help. I have a 2005 dodge 5.9 common rail diesel truck auto. I just bought the truck like 3 months ago and have only put like 3k on it. I us it to go back and fourth to work for now. When I took the truck on the test drive i didnt notice it but i am getting like a woo woo woo noise/ a slight vibration that starts real faint at 65 and when i get up to 70-80 it gets real loud.At 75 you can hear it like woo woo woo almost like a drone but i really don't think it is because it had the sound when it had the stock muffler. i thought it was the rear driveshaft so i rebuilt it did not fix the problem. So i then took off the front driveshaft and drove it and still have the problem. Then i had the tires rotated and balanced hoping this would fix the problem no go. Still there. I don't know where to go from here. It had a intake when i bought the truck and so i put a muffler delete on the truck. When i got the truck i did notice that the fuel filter cap was loose so i was losing diesel. I replaced the fuel filter and tighten the cap right. Could the lose of pressure for how ever long that cap was like that cause problems to the cp3 pump or my injectors. O ya i have no codes on the truck. I also checked the front end no wheel bearings i think. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :argh:

Does it have over-sized tires?

No it does not have oversized tires they are stock and not cupping or anything.
