04 Chevy Kodiak Duramax c4500 dies while driving

Hoping someone might have some ideas for helping with this problem. My 04 Kodiak c4500 had this problem about 6 months ago.. would die while driving down the interstate, no warning! Has not done it since until recently. Intermittently started dying while driving. I could get pulled over and wait for a bit, then it would start and run again. Would maybe do this once or twice a day, but recently began doing it more and more frequently. Went to drive it today, and could not get 1/4 mile before it died several times. Got it restarted and hobbled back home. When this first started happening with regularity, I talked to the dealership and they suggested it was wiring that was perhaps being chaffed, so my buddy and I checked all the wiring to the ECM (all 3 million wires) and I did find some exposed wire which I repaired. Problem still occured. My feeling is that it is electrical, because it was intermittent. But now I am wondering if it is something fuel related? I did have a mechanic check error codes once when this happened, and it came up with p0202, p0203, p0205, p0208 and P2149. All of which relate to the cylinders. Any suggestions for where to start troubleshooting this problem? As of now, truck is unusable.
