Luke, if I got this right, I'm looking at $389 for a 4" single with muffler for an F250 PSD crew cab short bed (plus NC tax)? Time to bomb the wife's truck!

Honest, I haven't fergot this sale. OTHER stuff came up! :(

Hey, I might be making a road-trip sometime next week. How far off the beaten path is it to your shop if I want to take a detour at Chattanooga to save on shipping?
I'm in Memphis; Camaro parts are in Warner-Robbins, GA. More Camaro parts are in Shelbyville, TN. I figure I'm going to go thru Chattanooooga one way or the other!

Yes they do unless you don't need one. We can also send a HX40 DP if you need one for $20 more. :U:

DieselWeasel 05-02-2009 06:10 AM

Can the no muffler systems be made a dual or is the dual come muffler only?

stumpy 05-02-2009 10:50 AM

i just put the 4in kit on today, it went smooth until i was putting the pipe over the axle.i ended up having to cut 15in off of the one long straight pipe to get it to fit and then i tied putting my spare back and it wouldnt fit past the pipe so im gona take it back apart and cut a few more inches off is this typical for a regular cab:humm:

Diesel Dawgs Performance 05-02-2009 12:44 PM

Usually with a Reg Cab truck you will have to cut the pipe to fit because they send enough pipe for the Xcab Log Bed trucks.

Holy Crap! I can't believe how cheap that is!

I was gonna get one a few months ago, but I'm broke now that I'm in Japan. Hope this is still going on when I get back and can make a few bills on the side...

ProspectorTim 05-17-2009 12:04 AM

This is still on my shopping list, but -
In the last month, my Subaru destroyed its turbo; The AC compressor for the house crapped out, the Subaru also split a CV boot; and my wife & daughter just flew out of here today to go to Colorado to help with a family crisis (yup, on my charge card).

...And I'm sure I'm forgetting something!
Oh yeah, my truck destroyed the tranny last week. There's *another* $3000 + down the drain!

I guess it's been a pretty Lucky month for me. The house has 2 air conditioners - so we weren't too uncomfortable while we waited a week to get the new compressor in. The Subaru got us back home. The truck blew the tranny in town - on a day that it Didn't rain. If it had held out a couple more days, I would probaly have been stranded somewhere in the middle of Georgia.

Oh well. I WILL get that exhaust soon, anyhow!

Diesel Dawgs Performance 05-17-2009 08:06 PM

If I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any luck at all.

Mike

It was not bad at all....it is just the clamp that you have to loosen...in fact I used 1/4 drive ratchet.Of course I just bought my truck in Texas so it has never seen road salt......when I was there I noticed bolt on the clamp holding the turbo was broke....dealer was 78.00 and Cummins was 27.00 for a new clamp....so if you need a new v-band clamp they are not bad(Cummings dealers part counters during the week are open till 11pm too).
