Hi everyone i've been lurking on here awhile but this is my first post I guess its time.I have more than one diesel but my favorite is my 96 Dodge 3500 dually 4x4.Im currently waiting for injectors from LBDP a set of 5x.016's that I ordered a week ago any ideas on when I might see them.After the squirters come I'll install the Steed Speed T-6 exhaust manifold and either a big single or a homemade set of twins.I have a s300 type turbo from a ldt 465 deuce motor so that will fit the T-6 exhaust and a garret gt45 from a Detroit series 60 as the atmosphere turbo.Another option is a Garret gt4288 from a Volvo engine as the big turbo that one would probably spool a little easier than the gt45.
The truck itself is in pretty decent shape with only 103K on it and just needs a paint job to be really nice.Also planning on lighting upgrades soon all around just trying to decide on which halo headlights to buy.The truck has an automatic so I'm looking for a 5sp donor truck to change it over.I just hope I can get it done before my wife takes my money away.Well I hope this is a good enough introduction for one in the morning I hope to be on here often looking for help and ideas.Nite guys.
