william with one nerve left
i have a 1994 chevy 2500 6.5 turbo diesel pickup. truck shut down during a bad snow storm.when cranking truck it would start wide open then shut down.after pulling truck home tried to start and smoked pdm box you could smell it burnt. changed pdm box with one that was supposedly to have been checked good.ran batteries down on truck trying to start truck will not try to start .unhooked batteries and cleaned and rehooked and recharged batteries .tried to scan codes on truck but batteries dieing reset the computor codes will not pull up only thing showing is code 12 the other codes will not come back until truck is running this is where my headache begins because the truck will not start dont know what else to check at my last string with this diesel any and all help is greatly appreciated:jump::jump::jump:

if it was a powder snow, check your airfilter............ could suck enough snow into the filter to plug it, had it happen to a f700 , huge filter, packed solid with snow and would not run.
