Ya i have all that checked out i even replaced the relay board.glow plugs are working! i know i have one weak injector i dont think it would hurt it that much!! well to make it short i spent 2 days searching the net and came up with the FICM FUEL INJECTION CONTROL MODULE!!! i wen't and changed that now it starts like a dream not even the dealer i bought it from could figure it out 2 times they checked it more or less that was my answer !!Sorry jay we couldn't find any problems but ya can kiss our and don't bother us again !!! well i should apply @ ford i know more most the TECS LOL!! i've just about did everything to this !! and not one person knew about this FICM !!!!! so if anybody out there has a starting problem with the 6 ltr check your FICM dealer has to change it !! must down load info then transfer to new FICM easy to get @ right behind coolent tank @ L S fender !!!
