Edge Chip
 

I have a 2002 2500HD and also had the edge chip installed untill I was in traffic one day and noticed that the Engine Temp on the chip was reading 215 but the engine temp on the dash was just fine. After a few minutes the engine started acting like it was only running on a few cylinders and as I was pulling over it died, and would not start for about 20 min. This happened two more times and finally I disconected the chip and have not had a problem since ( in about 6 months). Does anybody know what is the cause of this?:argh:
