new guy in the Dirty-Dirty
hey folks. new here. long time lurker, first time poster. hope this finds you all and yours well and safe.
i'm trolling an 06 crew cab 4x4 dually cummins with a G56 and 3.73s. i tend to drive it like a maserati, so i've been hitting it hard lately here, my normal site (cumminsforum), craigslist, and ebay looking for some more durable wheels and tires. so, if anyone's got any lines on 19.5s, i'm all ears.
details on the truck: big-ass FEMA bumper, CFM+ intake, gutted torque tube, MBRP 4" cat-back (hoping to gut the cat ASAP). just recently threw in a south bend 3250 dual disk and changed all my fluids to Amsoil synthetics. wired up auto meter factory match gauges in a triple A-pillar to keep an eye on boost, rail pressure, and EGTs. got the smarty set on SW7, torque management on 2, rail pressure on 2, timing on 4 (fuel economy), and the wastegate off.
looking forward to sniffing around here and learning some more... there's only about 110,000 on my truck, so we've got a few more years together.
