i have a problem
i just bought a 94 cummins very built The engine has been modified heavily:
It is the stock bottom end All the head work was done by Enterprise Engine Performance Fire ringed Head milled Five angle valve job Enterprise Engine HD valve springs Titanium valve keepers and retainers Rockers milled for ARP head studs ARP head studs Dual valve cover breather ATS three piece exhaust manifold Custom built HX 55 with a 71mm Billet compressor wheel AFE air filter 4 inch down pipe, cross bolts, and heat wrapped, to a 5 inch exhaust under the cab to a 6 inch silverline stack Enterprise Engine water system Bypass New water pump New belt tensioner and new belt Dual Derale electric cooling fans Fluid Dampener Balancer Helix 2 camshaft with stock key Maxed out 180 injection pump with 5k governor springs new shut down solenoid... pump flowed 515cc of fuel 5x18 injectors Airdog two, 165 fully adjustable 12 gallon RCI fuel cell Red top Optima battery ok here is the problem when i shift gears from 3rd to 4th and get about 3000 rpm in 4th it will just shut down and ill coast to a stop and it will fire right up but what is my problem? i was told the fuel shut off solenoid but not sure ..... can i get wome help |
