2003 Dodge Cummins 5.9 4x4

Looking for a lttle help.

Truck has 37K on odom. I'm orig owner. Truck used mainly in winter to plow private road..

Planning a 7,000 mile round trip- NY to Colorado and back

Oil changed at 32 K, front/rear diff fluids changed at 34 K

Any recommendations on what needs to be addressed before I depart
