seeds my ass he my friend has some huge freggin ballz......

DazedandConfused 10-18-2007 04:24 PM

He is a stupid SOB, we will be seeing pics of him squished one of these days. All it takes is one hydraulic line to blow.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

It sure is a good addvertisement for CAT though and how strong there backhoe is.

bow2no1 10-18-2007 04:43 PM

whats he trying to do?

Whit 10-18-2007 04:49 PM

I guess he dont realize there is dump doors on the bottom of that railcar.

I have done some pretty good cat walkin with a hoe to but that is plain crazy

LOGANSTANFORTH 10-18-2007 05:07 PM

X2

DazedandConfused 10-18-2007 05:49 PM

I've done my fair share of stupid stuff in Large equipment but I know enough about hydraulics to never trust them like that. I've seen them move barges like that alot.

LOGANSTANFORTH 10-18-2007 08:22 PM

yeah the engine shutdown and so they put the hoe on it and started rowing LOL

GmcLbz 10-18-2007 08:42 PM

That guy may be crazy but it looks like he is one hell of an operator!

DazedandConfused 10-18-2007 09:41 PM

I would like to see him coming out of it.

That's just nuts. I can't imagine seeing that happening. wow.

Diesel Nut 10-20-2007 03:40 AM

Um, wow!:choochoo:

dozerboy 10-20-2007 07:57 PM

Maybe ya should jump to conclusions about how stupid he is since this is a common practice they have Excavator that go up on rail cars too. Watch the vid Herzog.

DazedandConfused 10-20-2007 08:16 PM

Just because they do it all the time dont mean anything. There is alot of stupid crap that gets done everyday. I've had a line blow while lifting myself out of a whole and hit the ground hard before i knew what the heck happened.

Diesel Dawgs Performance 10-20-2007 09:49 PM

WTF?

Bosshogg 10-25-2007 12:15 AM

Overhead crane would be so much safer and quicker

That dude rowing with the excavator is a damn good operator!! Looks like fun!!

Longhorn 10-25-2007 01:19 AM

Climbing hoe???? Thought this was about a chick I know......lol lol

DBogo 10-25-2007 03:13 PM

so i wonder what his plans are once he is up there

puddlestomper 12-10-2007 12:37 PM

I see a lot of guys doing this in places where they can't accomodate a belly dump. The railroad has a bad habit of ignoring your requirements for a car.

All our new hoes that we use in the oilfield have backflow valves because we use them for lifting, just like the new hydraulic sidebooms, and you can cut any line on it and nothing will move....

2500HeavyDuty 12-10-2007 11:54 PM

lol row row row your boat  man where do yall find these things

Now this takes guts Here

Diesel-N-Dust 08-06-2008 10:01 AM

That is insane! That takes huge balls!

Uncle Bubba 08-06-2008 12:50 PM

Never done anything like this on rail cars but used to do it all the time diggin basements. Just climb out of the hole once your done diggin, no big deal.

slowtowpig 08-06-2008 05:46 PM

thats a large magnet.

but the guy with that rubber wheel back hoe, that was badarse

BSouth 11-15-2008 06:14 PM

Looks to me like they do it a lot. Looks at the deal thats on the front bucket. looks like it goes around the top of the car.

7.3Strokin419 04-28-2009 09:31 AM

bad ass!

There is a bit of a difference. the Herzog set up has brackets that attach to the sides of the rail car and a cable moving the hoe forward on to the rail car. so it is a bit safer.
