i was just wondering if anybody knew what kinda of turbo/plumi i need to do this?! this is where i got the idea to make it myself from...

You are about to get into a project that you will wish you didnt do. The system you are looking at was designed by Nathan Wright and has become the most successful compound twin set-up for the DMax. I would highly recommend that you buy his system instead trying to fit your own because it took him a year of trial and error to get everything to fit and work right. I'm sure you dont want to spend the time, money, and effort that he did to develop a system. It's not as easy as it looks. I can put you in contact with him if you would like.

Does he have a website?

Yes but it has very limited information because he builds each system custom to the application and he has a lot of classified setups that he wont reveal.

The truck pictured is Chad's IIRC (sp33d)

That is Chad's truck. I have been for a ride in it, and it was very fast. This was pre dual CP3's and I think it put down somwhere around 560. This was weekend on the Edge, 2006. He is a very nice guy BTW, I talked to him for an hour, we are from the same hometown, Vernal, UT.

So, Im curious - how much does a set of twins run?

Shane, it depends on the application and turbo choice. On a street driven truck you will easily see between $2500 to $3500. On a race truck don't even ask because like the old saying goes...if you have to ask.......:argh: Keep in mind on a street driven truck your also talking about engine tuning included and it's assumed that you already took care of the necessity for HP LP's, CP's, and tranny mods.

Plus with most of the street set ups, they re-use the stock charger. 25-3500 isn't too bad when you price out a single replacement. About the same ammount.
