cam position sensor 05 d-max??
 

anyone ever have to change their camposition sensor. truck wont start. cleaned air filter good fuel pressure getting a code for sensor performance and timing reference high resolution signal A no pulse. P0374 & P0341. :humm:

do you have an edge programmer?i had that code and checked everything ,turned out to be the edge juice w/attitude...it needed software update

I've seen that too on a few customers trucks.

I am not a big fan of the EDGE Sytems! I am hoping it is something simple! You might want to look into getting a Tech manual for your rig.

understandable rustin, but i do like the gauges u get with it and the shift on the fly is very handy i find.

The guages are fine. I like them aswell. Not to go off topic I will just PM you and keep this thread where it is at.

if it was the software in the programmer wouldnt it start when i disconnect everything? also love the gauge options and the shift on the fly:c:

clear the trouble code then unplug the edge completely and drive it stock see if it still throws the code. if it runs fine stock then u need to send in your edge for an update

tried starting it without programmer still no good. guess i will start to tear into it. probably gonna star with pulling cam an crank sensor. anybody got any other ideas. thanks:humm:
