i have a 2007 classic GMC. i tried a ppe tune on my truck and i get a check engine light with the 2610 code. as long as i leave stock it does not come on. i need the tuner for tire size and milage. any suggestions.

I am having problems with my 08 Duramax. I had two codes come up yester day (P0700 & P0777).The truck has been modified with an edge EVO Race version and the factory exhaust has been removed. Can any one give me advise on what I need to do to solve this problem and prevent any damage to the tranney.

Sorry I don't know anything about the Duramax codes to be able to help there but I wanted to make sure everybody knows where to find the trouble codes for any vehicle.

Just go to the site home page here and at the top left hand side you will see where it says "BOMB SITE" with a drop down arrow.

Just click on that arrow.

Go down to ODB Codes at the bottom of the list and click on it then type your code in and it will bring it up.

I am totally new here, so I'd appreciate any help I can get. Owned the truck for 2 yrs, and do most of my own work on it. I am intermittently getting code P0622, as well as the red Battery icon on dash, and text: "battery not charging", but not all the time, only abt 30 %.
I know P0622=Generator F-Terminal Circuit, but what do I do. Do I have to replace alternator, or is there another fix?

0687, I know its high ECU voltage? Any hints on where to start to figure out why its getting high voltage? The alternator is putting out right at 14.

When the transmission downshifts from overdrive to 4th it sets a po700. It is when I'm
pulling my fifth wheel only. I have to pull over and turn the power off to get the tranny out
of limb mode. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

:s:I have a 2006 lbz with efi live, air dog, ats trans, with my efi live if I am on a low tune under 80 horse no problems, as soon as I go to smoke, econ, or power if I hammer on it it starts bogging down until I let off and idles like crap for a few seconds and throws the code ecm u1096. I can clear it and it stays away but if I hit it again it comes back. if I am on a lower tune and hit it it functions properly?

ive also gotten a p0202 injector circuit error and I think it was a po396 or something about generator failure
but 90 percent of the time when it bogs and trips a code it is the u1096

code 1082?
 

2011, Sierra HD 2500, New pipe from turbo back, def tank gone, EGR gone, Banks cold air intake w/ super scoop, A50 trans. TCM download. Presently using the heavy tow tune. After downloading EFILive I get a P1082 trouble code. I have a list of the codes, it appears there are no codes 1001 up to p1105. Thank You in advance

I need some serious help . Lol diesel technician but dont have ecm pinouts or testing procedures. I have a friend who has a truck. Was running great. All of a sudden throwed a code p698 and a code p0107 so i looked up code tried replaceing apps because i had noticed that when you unplug the throttle pedal and clear codes comes up no active codes upon further searching i found that if you plug apps back in map sensor quits reading complete juzt has a steady pressure reading. I then found when you plug apps in and measure 5v refrence at map sensor and ground at map has you push throttle pedal it changes voltages at map as though the throttle pedal is vering voltage or ground with pedal. Upon plugging new throttle pedal in wouldnt auto calibrate just idle tried disconnecting batteries to reset it due to not haveing techtool or right calibrating tool when you started went full throttle then if you hit the brake cause it to quit going full throttle. Im good at electrical however this is throwing me towards ecm. When throttle pedal unplugged i have my 5 volt ref at map also have 5 volt ref and grounds at apps but when throttle plugged in i have .08 to 1.8 at map but has new throttle pedal any suggestions

I have just got a 2001 LB1 duramax and get this code when i start it up after the truck warms up i can reset the code and it will stay away untill the truck is restarted.mass air flow sensor is fairly new..

Was re flashing my 2005 Duramax got a error in the middle of the flash. Turn the key off 20 sec. Check the DTC codes was now getting a UNK, U1000, ABS C0040, UNK U1000, ABS C055. Now the truck is dead will not start just set in the drive way. I'm not I'm at the right post hope so.

DTCs ECM P1049 KEEPS COMING UP. I HAVE DELETED "DEF"/ "CATS"/ PLACED A EGR BLOCK OUT PLATES / AND PUT ON A 3" DOWN PIPE AND A 4" EXHAUST AND REPROGRAMED THE TRUCK ABOUT 40000.0 MILES AGO AND HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS SINCE.
NOW THE " DTCs ECM P1049 KEEPS COMING UP". TRUCK STARTS FINE AND SEEN TO RUN OK? BUT WHAT GIVES? ANY IDEALS?
