Default Advice on buying 1st Duramax

Currently in the market for a 09-14 CCSB Duramax. My budget is ~$30-40k.

My questions is what should I look for when purchasing a Duramax with about 50-100k miles? Any tips during test drives?

Anything specific in regards to the LMM or LML?

ANY feedback is greatly appreciated.

Heart MY FIRST DURAMAX

I just bought my first one. I love it. Here's what happened to me. I went originally looking for a GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD. The salesman went to get the key so's we could test drive. I looked at another one three trucks down, looked at the sticker, "wait a minute, this truck is a 3500HD, same engine and everything PLUS same price as the 2500HD." I'm thinking for the same price, all things considered, I'd rather have a 1 ton over a 3/4, so I bought it. My wife claims I show more attention to my "Jimmy" than her now. It's a 6.6L, diesel, twin turbo, all the bells and whistles plus gooseneck hookup package and 5th wheel setup. I realize that with only 500 miles I'm not expert but unlimited power and torque plus smooth ride. Yea, I'll confess, I'm in love.
