P 1093 Code Could use Some Help

First I'm new here. I have a GMC C5500 Topkick with a Duramax engine. It was running fine yesterday and today it won't start. I see this posted a lot, could some one give me an idea of the first step.

Fuel Rail Pressure Low During Power Enrichment. Is it the fuel filter, and what would be the best to buy?
