1993 6.5 diesel chevy 1 ton
My glow plug light doesn't come on when the weather is warm in the summer so I wait the count of 30 before I start the engine. Now that is not working. I have to crank the engine for a couple of revolutions and then turn the key off. The second time I start the engine it will start. Would this be a glow plug problem? Any help would be appreciated.

check your glow plug light fuse should be a 10 amp.
