Lift Pump Question

hey on the air dog 150 they do not mention where to attach the other end of the "to engine" line to. i got the tank in and the 1/2in. pick up tube installed and the return line in, but just where to connect the hose that send the fuel to the engine is what tickles my noggin.

I could attach it to the old hard fuel lines, but that kinda defeats the purpose of having 1/2 inch fuel lines don't it? and all the zip ties that come included too.

Man could this get any more frustrating. and im really tired of thinkin right now, loose dirt has been stinging my eyes. and pebbles on the ground hurt also.

and this infected cut on my thumb aint helpin either...

:stupidme:

Not that I know fore sure, but it should be to the old fuel line. Just because you have a 1/2" pick up doesn't mean you need a bigger fuel line.

Its the line that you disconnected directly over the top of tank near the front where you removed the old line. You should have a fitting that will plug directly into the factory hard line and then a barbed fitting on the output hose of the pump. BTW- you really really wanted to have that connected before you re-installed the tank. Its going to be impossible to install the line now and you're going to have to drop the tank back down.

Danny, there is no way that you were able to attached that hose with the push lock fitting with the tank installed. Come on man. :rolleyes2: So what did you end up doing?

I did install the "to engine" hose with the tank fully installed. It was a little hard i had to be in the most awkward position to get it on.

I never dropped the tank. Seriously
