LB7-Front end noise / vibration??

Just put new Mich LTX -AT2's (265-75-16E) on an 02 2500 and at first I thought the noise and slight rummble was just from the tires which are a bit blocky, but not too aggressive compared to many offroad tires. Previously ran Bridgestone Revo 2's that seemed very quiet until worn down in comparison. Now I'm starting to think maybe there is a wheel hub / CV issue. The noise is most prominant in the FRONT end.

Driving at 40-70 if I cut the wheel just slightly to the left while staying in the lane, the noise temporarily goes way down and immediately comes back when I straighten the wheel out. I can't believe I'm turning the wheel enough to get off the center of the tire.

Also I ran the truck in the 80mph - 90mph+ range and there seemed to be very evident vibration mid / front truck as well. The drive shaft and u-joints should still be good and when those have failed in the past the noise / vibration seemed to be located in the center to rear of the truck. The truck has been in the shop for service and recently to check the alignment and both shops said everything is tight in the front end. The truck has about 200k on it and got new hubs at least 75k-100k ago. At that time there was an obvious "wobble" to the wheel and a little noise when parking. It still seems tight. CV's have never been serviced so I don't know how that would effect things.

Anyone have this issue?
