White smoke before black smoke?

Wondering whats goin on? Driving down the highway, wanna blow some black smoke, so i hit the accelerator and i see a puff of white smoke. What could this be?

you're more than likely looking at injector issues, have the injector balance rates checked at a dealer or mechanics shop

i have an edge programer installed and i notice one injector is quite a bit higher then the others, any ideas??????

egr cooler i have heard those are fairly common failures and it may be your problem if it isnt your injectors..... just a thought

higher as in how?

balance rates are +/- 4 in park and +/- 6 in gear
