lbz drivers head removal question

Can anyone tell me if turbo can stay on for left head removal. if it can...whats the trick for center manifold dis assembly

yes it can, it was a huge pain in the ass, and I don't remember what the trick was exactly, I know that we had to cut one of the bolts down a few threads to get it back in, but it fit, barely
