I wish i could help you but I have no idea how much work it is to change the turbo down pipe, I know its tucked pretty far up there so it is gonna be a pain in the butt, Im sorry Im not much more help

as for prices on the Downpipe and the exhaust, why not post in the Vendors section?? they may give you some killer deals because you're a member:tu:

i haven't changed one ether but i hear that the bolts on the back of the turbo are a bi#ch. start soaking them now with rust penetrant. it may be faster and easier to drop the transmission to gain more room. i have also heard that some have had to hammer the fire wall some to make it fit.

Don't buy the cheapest exhaust, in the long run its not cheaper. Put the good stuff on it and be done.

that all depends on where you live and how you look after your rig, if you live in the warmer states aluminized will last the life, if you live in a place where you get a snowy cold winter then yes, the moisture and road salt and sand will eat away at it, but if you keep it imacculately clean it should still last for quite a while

but if your like most of us just get the quality stuff, i wash my truck once every 2-3 months if im lucky:pca1:

Are you going over 500 rwhp or running dual fuelers? Everything I read 5 years ago when I was wondering what size would fit in mine said that, the gain in flow was not needed unless you were running dual fuelers or twins...
