Towing Help!!!

I have a 05 2500 duramax and im pulling a 30 ft camper. my truck is stock so do i need to get some gauges to watch my EGTS, and boost? the muffler was cut of when i bought it. Im assuming it had a CAT but its not there anymore. I also have a Diablo Predator tuner that has some tow tunes would those really help me for MPGS or should i not tune it because i have no gauges. Any help would be appreciated. THANK YOU I dont have the tuner on my truck right know its just at stock setting

nah, you would be alright imo

towing a 30ft camper with a predator tune installed is probably not the greatest idea without having gauges, the EGTS will get hot real fast if you lay into the throttle too much when towing something that big:hellox:

the Diablo tuner should have a 40 hp setting that is made for towing. gauges are still recommended for anything over stock HP

I like to run WOT up hills lol but I have been told I am nuts though.....

As for running gauges it never hurts to run on the safe side and use some gauges I have seen 1500 on the egt in my old dmax climbing a grade but i had a bit more done to it.
