I have a 2004 dmax 2500 hd with a little issue it drove home then the next day no start just turn over changed fuel filter and bled it tryd again still nothing got three codes 2 of the same low pressure and U0150 wich is lost comm with fuel edu cleared it came right back on when i unpluged the fuel edu the same codes poped up so im assuming thats it. I didnt see any bad wires in the harness going over the manifold any other sujestions before i go spending 1600 bucks on a guess thanks

hmm. you didnt have any issue with it starting before?

Sounds like you have the dreaded harness issue. First reach in and make sure the electronic connections for Injector #2 (drivers front) and #7 (pass rear) are pushed in all the way and then try it again. If that doesn't work you may need to perform the Ice Pick trick. I actually used a real thin gasket remover tool. Take an thin ice pick or other very thin and very sharp item and puncture completely through the male side of the plug.

If your not a member at Diesel Place join so you can read the article I am going to post a link to. This will explain the proceedure with pictures and I bet it works and stops throwing the codes and best of all its free!

no problems starting at all thats why i was guessing wireing or the bosch fuel box cause its just randomly dead

ive always related that certian fix when the lly's are running on four cylinders. 2 and 7 are on the same bank as far as injectors go and two more will shut down along with those to save the FICM.

but it is definitely a good idea to go ahead and check that out as well :tu:
