OK I was in the local parts house the other day getting a new fuel filter for my 05 LLY. While I was in there I ask if they had a particular fuel treatment to clean my injectors and another customer made mention that some of the fuel additives I was talking about would make the o-rings in the system to soft and ultimately start leaking and even cause to injectors to fail. He also said if it was him he would put 2-cycle engine oil in his fuel clean the system.
My question is will putting 2-cycle oil in the tank damage anything?
I have to have my truck I'm in it everyday.
